In 2010 my friends Paul Coleman and Konomi Kikuchi invited me to come down to Patagonia Chile and help build the side walls of their turf earth bag house.
One of the first orders of business was to make a earth bag toilet so since we’re making earth bag house we were going to make an earth bag toilet for ourselves.
Paul designed it and Konomi & I supplied labor.
